Cuddalore to Pondicherry, Recently I get retired from Indian Armed Forces and get a job at Pondicherry. Bus travel and the overcrowding by the private transport exceeds the limit. Almost it takes 1 hr 15 minutes to cross that 22km mark. The language of private conductors and their rules to dump the passengers was ridiculous and painful. Due to non availability of sufficient government buses at peak hours makes that tragedy. Every day there must be a accident or free fall from the steps. Mostly ladies and working peoples were suffering with late night arrivals at home ?
Who is responsible for this ?
(a) People - who were not willing to come out of their houses ? And making bus stops at every 1/2 kilometer ?
(b) How can we avoid this accidents and overcrowding ?
