Recently i went to chennai CSD Depot to buy a washing machine on ex - servicemens quota. I planned to buy Senator machine instead of Digital model. But the notice board displays the not available remark, i change my mind and go for the available only machine in IFB is Digital SX 6 kg for Rs 21384/- on 03 Feb 2012. After paying i collect the delivery letter from CSD Depot Chennai and went to Vadapalani IFB Godown for collection of the same.
They informed we don't have stock of that particular machine, you have to wait for 10 days. Then I returned back to my home town which is 300km away from Chennai. When I try contact Mr Ramesh Incharge of IFB washing machine, Vadapalani he again postponed the delivery status by saying the machine is out of stock. Almost 45 days gone, yet we don't knew the status.
Worst experience and irresponsible remarks on delay.
PLEASE DONT PLAN ANYTHING ON BUYING AFD-I ITEMS OF IFB IN FUTURE.
